  1. While I agree a fatherless home is a problem, another problem created by democrats is the min. wage. The min. wage made it so black teens have a much harder time getting a job. So instead of working, getting better and staying out of trouble, they are unemployed and and joining gangs. But the second you mention removing the min. wage democrats yell "you hate poor people".

  3. First off, why are you bringing patriotic in this conversation? That has nothing to do with the issue. Next, unions have been shown to be job killers. They do have benefits. But when they overreach in power, and get democrats on their side, they do kill jobs. An example is Detroit. As a whole, black people, especially black teens, are right now low skilled workers and due to the min. wage and unions are priced out of the job market. Allowing for a free market will increase their ability to get a job.

  4. I did read you comment. There were unions in Detroit. They asked for more than a business can afford so GM moved. Blacks have been out priced by the min. wage and unions. Immigration is a problem as well but not so much in the north in places like Detroit and Chicago.

  5. A company like GM has to keep shareholders happy. The reason why they are so big is because of shareholders. If they don't keep the values of their stock high then the shareholders will sell them back forcing GM to downsize meaning less jobs, less cars, lower quality of cars, and more expensive cars. Also, what is a "decent wage"? That is a very subjective term.
