  1. Obama has a national healthcare plan. You just can't establish it right off the bat since it is way too much of a radical idea. So you develop a policy that will fail and will develop into a national healthcare plan. With Obamacare healthcare will be so poor we will have to change and seeing how this country get more and more liberal throughout the years it will develop a socialize system which will fail but will never be changed back.
