  2. It is up to you to be educated. People on the right understand that. People on the left don't which is why they rely on the government to educate them.

  3. Go to an actual accredited college. I don't feel bad for people falling for scams. I see this as a problem in the K-12 education system for not teaching people to avoid these scams. What I see here is that the Obama administration admits that public education sucks at teaching kids and thus the government has to bail them out.
