  1. He is not wrong. One, the ER can't deny you if you go. Next, the 45,000 a year is very misleading. On that you cannot say with high certainty that the only reason why they die is because of lack of access to healthcare. Another Harvard professor brought that up (and, not surprisingly, Cenk does not). Also, that 45,000 people is only 0.01% of the population which is minute. If we create a system that supposedly saves those people, what is the drawback? That is the issue. No system is ideal. It would be great to save those people. It would be great to have a cure for Aids. We don't. Stop misrepresenting data.
