  1. Deceptive poll question.  One, I really don't see much of a problem of race and inequality.  Name me one right that whites have and minorities don't. Also, I can see spending money on trying to end the supposed inequality as the government forcing us to accept someone just because of the color of their skin.  It can also lead to racism against whites. I am all for equality so me voting no on this wouldn't mean that I am not, it just means there are other ways of fixing the problem.

  2. Brad O'Donnell"Black names" sounds kind of racist to me. So now names are strictly left for blacks?  Also, is it so much the names or the credentials?  You can't just look at one thing.

  3. choi maru It is hard to do a study on that.  Who were their references?  How as their interview?  What experience did they have?  And so on.  You are looking at a study that has numerous of dependent variables.
