  2. +angus smith Most ATMs are around $3. I go to one that is $2 since my bank is in a different state so I have to use foreign ATMs. My banks pays for them up to $30. Another way to avoid ATM fees is to go to the gas station or store, buy a pack of gum, and ask for cash back.
