  4. Reading these comments I see people are stupid.  Just cooperate with the cops, deal with it later.  It isn't that hard.

In Kansas if a person runs away and the chase last over a mile than a cop has the legal right to shoot them.  The overall point of that law is that if a person is not willing to listen to the cops then they are a greater threat to society because they will not listen to a civilian.  All you have to do is corporate with the cops.  This man ran away after struggling with the cops and than turned around to approach the cop.  Who know is he was going to attack the cop or not?  We have had shootings in routine traffic stops.  I guess TYT wants more dead cops.
