  2. It isn't so much about them coming back. We can't just force change. There will be a time where coal is unnecessary, but that time has to come gradually. That is the point that is being made by Trump and his administration. Ultra liberals support shutting down coal plants and making people unemployed and call that progress. The political right wants progress to happen gradually.
