  1. In and Out is very local in that you will never find it in the Midwest, at least I haven't. This place will be the same. Also, In and Out isn't fast food so this place, I doubt this place is either. In and Out has a limited menu. And looking at glass door it seems that everyone, except for managers, get paid the same so on the surface it seems that raises and null. In short, you remove a lot of variables in running a business you can pay employees well. Poor example here YT.
