In MA what you have is a correlation.  Cenk mentioned mortality rate which has been dropping for years.  I wouldn't call that a success for Romneycare.  Not much you can take from that research.  Also, since when has the government ever done anything exactly on the budget?  Obamacare is a very complex law and will most likely cost the country money like everything else the federal government does.  Who cares, they will just raise the debt ceiling again.  Obamacare will also make our healthcare inefficient.  Doctors won't take it just like they don't take Medicaid, or give out poor service for it. Cenk is going a little over the top on this, republican governors see that the law is at worse worthless and doesn't solve the healthcare issue.
