Kurama They can still pursue healthcare.  Even at that millions won't die.  If they do they were in really bad shape to begin with.  As a whole, though, we can't help everyone.  We can push for it but you have to look at the cost.  Sure, we may save some people keeping Obamacare, but how many do we pull down while doing so.  People die, that is a fact in life.  I saw a homeless man outside a gas station today, where is the help for him?  It sounds cruel but that is a fact in life.

It isn't about the rich "paying their fair share".  It is about we lack resources to provide things to everyone.  We lack doctors, nurses, professors, pharmacists, researchers and so on. The political left screams "taxes!" but they are not the ones out there actually doing the work to provide to these people.
