  1. Samol, you can't make a ranking for "happiness" as there is no way to quantify it. Ultra leftists point to those completely subjective lists as an argument when in reality it makes them look foolish. I bet the 2018 Cleveland Browns fans would be happier than the 2017 Browns fans if the Browns won 5 games this year. Does that mean those fans were in the best situation? No. As for education ranking, there are indicators the US does well in education. Reality is that our cultures are different and you can't compare.

  2. Afinati, "happiness" is very subjective. Being "happy" does not mean one is in the best situation.

  3. Uh, it varies. Compare FL to CA, two states with a lot of similarities but different approaches. They have similar results related to covid. Or look at NY and NJ who have done worse than SD. It begs the question if lockdowns and masks work.
