  2.  @scifirealism5943  so again, does government have a magic wand to increase the number of houses? On other things, give everyone healthcare? Does government have a magic wand to do that? Raise the min. wage to $45/hr? Does government have the ability to increase the supply of goods and services that will happen after that raise? Same in eliminating student loan debt? Government, on paper, can do a lot. But in practicality, can they? No.

  4. Pretty much. I just moved to TX. Where I live there are a lot of black people, all doing fine. Living in a nice republican ran state.

  5.  @keirfarnum6811  it makes perfect sense. After a few years the state will have to pick up the tab. Also, it will lead to an increase in healthcare costs for those states.
