Other nations were saying there were WMDs. It just wasn't Bush. And congress voted, nearly 100%, to go to war. So it wasn't all on Bush.

@cartmanrlsusall not really. They are similar in many ways. Biden, however, gets a lot of passes by the media. Biden has made racist statements, his economy is terrible, we are more divided than ever as a nation. And Biden attacks people and governors he disagrees with to mask his failures.

@cartmanrlsusall nope. Under Biden, high inflation, people refusing to work, a divided nation. Biden did say he needed to pick a woman of color to be VP, how is that not racist? Biden is also attacking republican governors trying to undermine state rights. Look at how his team is acting in the TX abortion case, or in how many states are doing covid protocols he does not agree with.

Bush and Cheney are a part of the in crowd that Trump attacked. It is why there was so much hatred towards Trump, he was attack the elites such as career politicians. Bush, even with questions on his election, and him losing Congress was still a part of the in crowd of the elites.

Have you seen Biden so far? Over 5% inflation, a divided nation, completely failed to achieve any of his goals. His covid protocols are being challenged in the courts and starting to be shot down. And this is so far in just his first year.

@deansmith6593 that terrorist attack was going to happen regardless who was president. Also, Biden is showing a lot of weakness when it comes to terrorists. I would not be surprise if another terrorist attack happens under his watch. As for the war, almost all of Congress voted in favor of it at the time, including Biden. Also, Bush united us after 9/11, Biden just continues to divide us and blame others for his failures.

Bush did not lie, other foreign nations were saying WMD existed. Also, congress voted to go to war, almost every member of congress voted to go to war. Was it right? Years later it showed that maybe not. But you can't blame Bush for the war.

@alexraskalove7119 does it make him a liar or simply mistaken? Never said there were WMDs. But at that time intelligence in many nations, not just the US, said there were WMDs. And as such almost all of Congress voted to go to war. So you can't just blame Bush, blame congress at that time other foreign leaders such as in the UK.

@Catlady-mw4en people feel Trump is worse because Trump attacked the elites like career politicians in Bush. That is why the media gives Bush a pass but attack Trump. Trump attacked the elites and was having success as president. Bush just fell in line with the other elites.

@Catlady-mw4en Trump has status quo policies? He reduced the size of the federal government and gave states more freedom. As a result the nation grew, the economy was booming, things were getting better. And what "dumb and offensive" things did Trump say that was worse than any other politician/president? How was Trump corrupt?

@Catlady-mw4en Trump did not expand the war. It is hard to get us out as we saw recently. He never said outsourcing jobs will stop. It will always happen. What did happen was that the economy was booming. Unemployment was down, worker participation was going up when years prior it was stagnant. The economy was doing great with more people working with higher wages but inflation stay lowed. Trump did not give permanent tax cuts to the wealthy. I gave indicators on how the economy was doing great. Low inflation, high worker participation, low unemployment, higher wages, etc. Now we see millions of jobs not being filled, inflation is high, productivity is low. The economy is terrible.
