@judthchrismon3345 I looked into it. There are many factors at play. To start, the study submitted only 8 resumes to around 100 positions, many that were filled by other candidates. Next, a lot of the names they picked to be "black sounding" were also names associated with those coming from lower income neighborhoods. They also looked at other factors such as sexuality which they said played no role. However, they were had to control overall. Also, they were for entry level positions, not ones requiring advanced skills. So that plays a role as well.

Don't agree with the Hitler comment, but she has a point on how the left is more concerned about someone's gender or skin color over their ability. They are hiring people based on race as opposed to ability.

Mayor Pete gets hired and the left celebrates the fact that he is gay even though he clearly sucks at his job (have you seen the recent mess in Ohio). Richard Grennell gets hired as a gay person by Trump and silence.
