  1. No, more of that I am a law abiding citizens and my rights should not be taken away from me. Creating more gun laws only means law abiding citizens have a harder time getting them. Criminals will still get them at the high rate they do.

The "loophole" is that criminals, 77% of them in state prisons in fact, get their guns on the black market or stole them. You say "sensible gun control regulation", define sensible?

  4. David Hogg is an opportunist. He took the Parkland shooting and has become famous off of it. He offers nothing to the conversation on issues he talks about but instead gives insults.

Psychological checks deputize doctors where any red flag means a doctor will say no as they do not want to be the doctor to allow someone to buy a gun and then commit a shooting. Doctors should not be placed in that position......unless they are Fauci. Also, psychological evaluations are very hard to do which, again, why a doctor will more likely to deny someone access to a gun.

  11.  @jmb3608  That person passed a background check. What more do you want? Also, the cops did nothing. He could have had a revolver and still caused as much damage. The police did nothing as there was a ton of miscommunication and poor police practice. Even now criminals are getting guns with ease. You are not going to make it harder.
