@onnol917 I make an argument. MTG is a reaction to the actions from the left for years. When the left was making nazi and holocaust comparisons that was OK. But when MTG does it that is now wrong. For every action there is a reaction. I disagree with both arguments, but you have to think who did it first.

Your comment is why MTG exists. When the left constantly calls their opponents nazis and racists that is OK, but when MTG made the comparison it is now wrong. Most who went to the capitol were not nazis, just people pissed off at our politicians. Also, the left has massive double standards. It is AOC who said protests were to make people feel uncomfortable. But when she is confronted or after the capitol hill situation she cries about it and now is saying she is seeking therapy. That is a double standard. So it is wrong for her to feel uncomfortable?

Also, there were many problems with the last election and a reason why Trump won in 2016 and is so popular is because he actually cares about the people where many in DC do not. There is legit anger there that should be considered.

Same with Tea Party rallies. Or have called them other names such as racists and bigots? And you call republicans "braindead conspiracy loons" when you have Biden who hardly puts together a coherent sentence. You have Pelosi who cries about MTG's actions when Pelosi was ripping up Trump's speech and showing off her full freezer of ice cream during the beginning of the "pandemic" where many had no food. You have AOC comparing climate change to war. Who is the one who is "braindead"?

@BardaLiefson The unite the right rally was a one time event many on the right condemned. As for the capitol situation, most were not nazis. But way to pick only two instances there.

It goes both ways. A small minority does not represent the norm. Also, ever thought why they supported Trump? How many republicans support genocide? None.

@LittleAl016 not true. They called Trump a nazi when he was not. They were calling Tea Party rallies nazis. It went to the point that when Charlottesville happened people like me just ignored the talking point of people there were nazis. When I heard that I thought "gee, here they go again calling people they disagree with nazis". But in fact, there were literal nazis there that many on the right condemned. But when you cry wolf enough people do not believe you.

Also, it is the concept of all squares are rectangles but rectangles are not squares. Just because if all neo nazis support republicans does not mean that the entire party is. Many on the right condemned neo nazis. Also, neo nazis make up a very small portion of the republican party, basically unmeasurable.

@LittleAl016 what voter suppression? Taxes were not raised on everyone else. Also, higher taxes does not always equal more revenue for the government. Take the extreme case of a 100% tax rate. Besides, most on the right support a simplified tax code. It is those on the left that support a a complex tax code that only the rich can take advantage of because they have the resources to pay accountants and lawyers to do so. I know many people who do not know their tax benefits they can get. For example, I know many college students who do not know that textbooks can be used as a write off. Israel is our allies.

@LittleAl016 both sides do gerrymandering. It isn't refusing food and water to those in line to voting booths but banning handing out campaign advertisements to those in line. For example, one will give water to someone with a Biden sticker on it influencing their vote. And the number of voting booths are not being reduced. Uh, actually when you raise taxes on the rich the rich just pass the buck to the workers and customers. So we should just back stab our allies?

@haroldjones8521 I added a lot. In fact, Don't Walk, Run! Productions just did a video on MTG showing how insane Pelosi is. Also, AOC said that protests should make people feel uncomfortable. But when AOC feels uncomfortable it is somehow now wrong. You also have to consider how for years the left have been making the nazis comparisons for years, so it goes both ways.

@LittleAl016 1. Yes they are 2. AOC is a nut. She compares climate change to war when even scientists who work for the IPCC disagree with her. And she said that protests should make people feel uncomfortable. But when she feels uncomfortable it is now wrong.

@LittleAl016 Myles Allen disagrees with AOC on climate change. He works for the IPCC and was one of the lead authors of the report that AOC keeps referencing. So are you saying the IPCC is not worth listening to? So it is OK for AOC to feel uncomfortable when someone protests her? I see a double standard.

@salomaoserra6432 the vaccine is still experimental as people are seeing side effects from them. While overall I feel they are safe, there does beg the question of one, why take a vaccine where the vast majority have a zero percent chance of dying from the virus to begin with when this vaccine is so new. Two, why are there certain people in power so desperate to jab the needle in our arms, and three, why are some people still pushing the masks at this point when so many are now vaccinated, cases are low, hospitalizations are low, etc.

You have a point. To add, after Biden's address to congress where there was mask wearing and social distancing in seating, afterwards people were giving each others hugs.
