Easy. The PPP loans were given out because the government told businesses to shut down. It was the strong arm of the government screwing over people as opposed to students not understanding the value of a college degree feeling just going through the motions to get one will mean a high paying job.

If you are referring to Trump he never went bankrupt. His companies did and usually it happens because if he did not file he would be sued by investors. Warren Buffet had many companies go bankrupt. Also, with success comes failure.
