Savvy enough to be a back-up to talk strategy with the starter, or work with a young, rebuilding team 3. Be good enough to be a consistent starter Kaepernick was 1. 29, not young 2. Not smart, and that was proven more with some of his comments such as comparing the NFL combine to slavery 3. Not a consistent starter. less than 60% completion is not good

  23.  @LittleAl016  no, I know quite a bit about him. Many QBs in the NFL have been unsigned. Tim Couch was a number 1 pick in the draft, out of the league by the age of 26.
