With PPP the government told business they can't operate. There is a big difference between that to students taking out a loan on their own will.

@Bmanritchie government telling businesses to shut down is not "economically fluid environment". It is government picking winners and losers. That is a problem. It is 100% not free market. I love how the left cry that the free market fails or that capitalism fails but when you see actual socialism, which is what the PPP and government shut downs is, fails, the left cries. Great. Student debt forgiveness is asinine. I make around 6 figures and I qualify for forgiveness. Why? I can pay back my loan. If you get a college degree and cannot pay back your loan you are a failure.
