  1. MrSmallANDLoud, you are incorrect on several points. For one, the percent of workers working more than one job has been dropping. It is around 4.9% where it was around 10% in 2010. Next, you say wages have been stagnate since the 1980s. That is not necessarily true. The Minneapolis Fed used PCE level of inflation and showed wages have gone up 4% and if you use GDP deflator wages have gone up 10% compared to inflation. AOC is either ignorant or being very deceptive in what she says.

What is their household income? What are their benefits? You can't just throw numbers out there, you have to put them in perspective. AOC is taking advantage of what many call "low information voters". You are seeing a number and crying how bad it is without going deeper. To give an example of this I pay $700 a month in rent. That is all the information I give you. I don't give you my income, where I live, how much space I have, etc. So you do not know If I am paying too much or if I am getting a good deal. AOC is doing more harm than good at this point.
