  7.  @kurisu7885  what was the timing? From what I saw the trip was already planned. He came back. Even at that, what do you expect him to do? It is one of the dumbest things to do for politicians to show up to a situation, look over it as if that means anything. AOC, however, went to FL to enjoy a covid restriction free environment. But when hurricane Ian hits FL, and she has family there, she does nothing.

You see, unlike states ran by democrats, states ran by republican governors have the culture where the people rally together and fix a problem. I live in TX now. I asked people about the situation. They said they just worked through it. Same with FL and Hurricane Ian. The people worked through it. Now compare that to Hurricane Sandy and NY where they begged for more money from the federal government. Or Hurricane Katrina where you had a democrat governor and democrat mayor calling Bush a racist. That differs than those on the right. They find a way around the current issues they face. They don't play politics and they don't beg for help.

The left was all excited over Ian thinking that it would lead to bad results. What they saw was a community working together to fix a problem and great leadership by DeSantis. Face it, your side loves to politicize tragedies.

  14. Under Trump worker participation went up. So while you may claim people were kicked off of food stamps, possibly it motivated them to work more. And in doing so our productivity went up.

Why work when you have a president that just gives money away and is dividing our nation? " It is easy to fill jobs, pay them a good wage." Again, people do not want to work. Wages are going up like crazy. I saw openings at a Del Taco for $17/hr plus benefits. That is insane.
