  2. Nothing suggests that. Katherine Baicker did a study with citizens of Oregon with expanded medicaid. What she found was that even with access to healthcare their physical health did not improve due to life style choices.

  11. There are flaws in this study. To start, it was a simulation, not actual data. Next a lot of it is lifestyle choices. In conservative areas people smoke more and eat more junk food, that has nothing to do with policies. Also, in conservative areas they have more children. And gun laws would do nothing to significantly lower suicides.
