So pressuring others to give up their money is fighting for worker? I see that as being a bully.

Bernie Sanders was asked a similar question on how can he prevent companies from just raising the cost of their product. Bernie did not answer it. He just hopped around it talking about poor people earning a higher wage.

Also, a company like McDonalds is franchised and own by small business owners. In a large city a person who owns 12 Mcdonalds can downsize to 8. Or if they have 8 that are 24 hours they can reduce that down to 4. They will cut hours in some way.

Define a "living wage". Give me numbers and where you got them. Please, be specific.

Complexity 64, how much rent? A person living in a two bedroom by themselves or in a studio with two other people? What if you are able to walk to work? You pay no gas. There are too many variables.

Complexity 64, the point is that everyone lives different lives which vary in cost. You can't come up with a value and call it a "living wage". That is too general. Also, these individuals are alive so that wage is a "living wage" by that standard.

BErskine Design, I have a lot to argue. The fact is people who say "living wage" don't. They are using an appeal to emotion talking point. So I push them to be specific, to go farther. Reality is they can't. Why? Because they don't understand the issue which is why they use talking points, or can't defend the issue. To me these people are alive and thus, by that standard, they are paid a "living wage".
