Yes there are. As I said with polio, over 98% effective. The less than 2% are the exceptions where those exist in all of healthcare. And yes, vaccines wear off, but in a matter of months? What vaccine does that? Yes, with tetanus you need a booster, but as you said in 10 years, not a few months.
People are still becoming infected with covid even after vaccination. A Harvard study showed that there is no correlation between vaccination rates and infection rates, and that was during delta. A vaccine is supposed to prevent infections, the covid "vaccine" does not. Thus, it is not a vaccine.
