@ronniebaker4549 the deaths are overstated. As is 94% are comorbidities where the average number of underlying conditions is 2.6. 50% of the deaths are people over the age of 75. 40% of deaths are in nursing homes where, statistically, 50% of new nursing home patients die in 5 months to begin with. Sure, you may point to a handful of individuals who were apparently young (I find it had to believe) and suffered or died, but they are extremely rare and isolated.
It is like this, on average 7500 die a day in the US, many cases are preventable. We, as a society, never talk about that. We talk about when someone dies in a school shooting, or a factory exploding, or via a F5 tornado. Why? Because those are rare and isolated events, not the norm. You bring up the 27 year old because it is a rare and isolated event. Right now these lock downs has led to increases in substance abuse, antidepressant use, suicide attempts and other issues.
