  2. Ivan Varela, it depends on the Starbucks. If the Starbucks is busy the company can enforce a no loitering policy. They don't make money off of people mooching off of their internet. In large cities it is common to kick people out if they don't buy anything.

  3. Many companies do not accept loitering. Also, if it becomes too busy they can kick people out. You see this in larger cities as well. Now does this company enforce this policy all the time? We really can't say as this is the first time this has become public. But no one can say they haven't enforced it. So at that point we have lack of evidence. Also, the manager told them to leave, the cops told them to leave and they choose to be arrested instead. Based on the lack of evidence and the fact that the black men choose arrest when they were given the option to leave I smell SJW crying racism when there isn't any. Maybe this manager is racist. But based on the multiple times the political left and SJW cry wolf I have my doubts.

  4. "Those men were there 2-3 minutes before she called the police" What evidence do you have of that? Where is the video with the time stamp? Look deep in this case, there is a lot of lack of evidence here. Them making things up has me questioning things.

I will tell you this, if it did happen to two white men no one will hear about it as the media would not care. That is the issue. You have this one incident and the media really dig to make it look like we have an example of racism. However, with so much lack of evidence, and the fact that many SJW have cried wolf for so long, I have very high doubts here.
