  4. All this from a guy who never worked in the private sector. Skip the arithmetic Sanders, 89% of individuals who earn $9.50/hr or less are above the poverty level and the average household income of those individuals is over $47,000/yr. These low wage workers are not poor, this is why you never listen to a career politician, they never paint the whole picture or tell the whole truth.
