Whenever someone uses the words "common sense" they are putting up a smoke screen.  They are doing one of two things.  They are either saying "you are stupid if you don't agree with such thing" or "I know little about the topic at hand and will just say it is common sense and just go with it instead of getting into actual details about the issue." When someone says "common sense" I quickly discredit what they say but it is clear they don't know what they are talking about.

  3. ***** What is wrong with 50 different programs? A one size fits all policy won't work in this country. It also holds everyone back instead of letting states develop programs that work for them.

  4. ***** There can't be 50 different militaries, that is unconstitutional. The can be 50 different SS and 50 different FDA and 50 different NIH. There are 50 different education curriculum and 50 different sets of traffic laws and 50 different forms of sales tax and property tax. The USA was capitalist when it won WWII. We are still a major powerhouse in the world.
