  2. +Karl Thiecke Difference in society. Also if you change the definition of a mass shooting of 4+ people getting killed then it the number goes down to 29. That 355 is 4+ people getting injured.

  3. +Jonathan K. Actually shootings have been going down along with murder. And just because the amendment was written when they had muskets mean nothing. The 1st amendment was written before the internet and computers. During the writing of the first amendment there were already designs for guns that can shoot multiple rounds. Plus weapons have always advanced throughout history from sticks to rocks to sharp rocks to swords then guns and so on.
