  1. People don't take Bernie serious, problem is that there are enough idiots in this country that will vote for this fool. The fact is, though, that if he were to win the presidency congress will do nothing to push his policies. And when I say congress I mean both democrats and republicans. He is viewed as an old man who just shouts crazy things. This is a guy were back in 1991 he spoke in front of congress with empty seats. The guy is a complete nut and got crazier as the years passed.

  2. +Mr Brownstone If it is so popular than it can be done at the state level. The issue is that our federal government is not ran like that. Our federal government is not ran off of the majority telling the minority what to do. Also, if you were to break down those issues you will see that it is not as clear as you think. People may support medicare for all for example, but how it is implemented would be vastly different. That is what happen under the passage of Obamacare.
