The fact that Bernie does not understand the difference between income and wealth really makes him unfit for president.

+Rich2B181 Actually he doesn't cite anything reliable. It is easy to berate Bernie. It is like berating a fat guy for being fat. He is an economic illiterate. I am more concerned by how stupid his supporters are.

+Rich2B181 I am not paid by anyone. I just like to educate people. But at the same time seeing all these dumb people make me realize how easy getting a job will be.

+Rich2B181 I don't get paid to write these comments. I just find Bernie supporters to be ignorant. " have studied economics for YEARS and I would gladly refute any argument you make against his proposals." Ok, pick any one of his economic proposals and I will break down for you how he is wrong or it won't work.

+Rich2B181 Here is the major issue I have with Bernie and his supporters though. It isn't that they are economic illiterates. It is that they are constantly complaining about a rigged this or a rigged that. They are complaining about corruption in the government. They complain how the government is supposedly not working for the people. With that I find it crazy to want to expand government than. I don't like corruption in government either. But the solution is not to expand the federal government. I assume you don't like the corrupt government. Bernie himself may be very sincere, but what about other politicians because they clearly aren't. He is the major flaw in Bernie and his supporters way of thinking. Take the current state of the federal government and how it is corrupt and now imagine it controlling your healthcare, college education, infrastructure spending, jobs for the youth, even more taxes and more of your money. Take this exact same government that Bernie supporters claim is not working for the people and is corrupt and add on the fact that now it controls all of that? Is that really a solution? But anyway, I accept your challenge on economics. Pick any one of his policies and I will break down how it won't work.

+Rich2B181 So allowing the current government to control our healthcare, college education, infrastructure spending, jobs, and more of our money means more transparency?
1
+Rich2B181 Also, give me any economic policy that Bernie supports and I will break it down for you how it won't work. The fact that you are avoiding that issue shows you are economically illiterate as well.

+Rich2B181 "Transparency means we understand how the money is being transferred through government." You can do that easier the more local government is. Tell me how much do we spend on all of our government programs at the federal level and if it is even efficient? You can't even though those numbers exist.

+Rich2B181 Ok, the $15/hr min. wage. How would that help?
1
+MORE1500 Yep, the top 10% pay 70% of federal income taxes while earning only 40% of the income.
1
+chuhrros Regressive liberal education. Tax people at a high rate and they won't revolt somehow.
1
+chuhrros So when the top 10% pay 70% of federal income taxes but only earn 40% of the income that means they are paying a lower tax rate? I can see that math is not your strongest subject.

+chuhrros We are not talking about what Sanders is proposing, we are talking about what is occurring now. My profession? I am going after a PhD in physical chemistry. I have a math minor and use math in a lot of my work.
