@jamesricker3997 Not true unless it involves commerce between states. Take k-12 education for example. States set their own standards as states run education.

This was the plan all along. If the Supreme Court rules in favor of Trump the democrats will say they tried justice and it failed. They will point to that ruling along with overturn of Roe v Wade as an example of the court being bias and thus push to stack it in their favor.
