@rosezobinou3912 , that is a penalty. Just because they make more money than you doesn't mean you should tax them more. They get rich because they produce a lot in society. Also, the rich donate a lot of their money for the greater good.

The top 10% earn 40% of the taxes but pay close to 70% of the taxes. They rich already pay the most. You can tax them only so much? Also, wealth is not income. This guy in this video is an economic illiterate.
