It has no legal standing. The constitution already places limits on the president and federal government in general. This is all show.

@davidwalter2002 they were misdemeanors, not felonies. A lot of them were given harsher sentences than the prosecutors asked for as they had bias judges. Trespassing in DC usually means up to 6 months in prison. These people have been in jail/prison for years now.
