  1. You don't get it. One, very few CEOs make millions of dollars. Also, most of those CEOs invest their profits back into the company or another company if they are big enough which they aren't as mentioned before. Also, after taking a pay cut they still can't afford healthcare cost. They simply can't afford it. All CEOs want to give out benefits, in means healthy happy workers but the CEOs need to make a living as well so when it comes to it they will cut workers.
