  1. The guy has no record of committing a crime and has not shown intentions of using the materials to actually make a bomb. While there are some red flags there really isn't enough to not grant him bail.

  2. Elite, I watched the video. While his roommate said one thing what does an investigation show? He had his story about some of the materials being used in an engineering class he took a few years ago. Just because your roommate hates you is not grounds to keep someone in jail. Also, we don't arrest people for having a belief either. Muslims have an extreme ideology but you ultra liberals get all but hurt when anyone suggest there are individuals who are a problem within the Muslim community. As I said, there are some red flags but not enough to deny him bail.
