@canwenot573 , watching a video by ReasonTV yesterday on Bernie and his praise for leaders like Castro and Ortega. What will kill Bernie is him calling Trump dangerous but also him having a history of praising people like Castro and Ortega. Hard to take his opinion seriously on world leaders at that point.

Because he is a sympathizer towards him. Same with Ortega. He went to Nicaragua and said Ortega was a good man who was running a revolution for the people there. He is pushing for a revolution here. That is scary. Issue is that is nowhere near the dirt on Bernie. He supported a 100% tax on the rich saying millionaires should not exist. He complained about millionaires and billionaires in 2016. Now that he is a millionaire himself he just says billionaires. He praised the Soviet Union, Cuba and Nicaragua until they became a mess, then he praised Venezuela until they fell apart. Now he points to Norway, Denmark and Sweden. So what is it? He goes from wanting to model after these failed nations to pointing to Nordic nations. How can we trust him?

Trump winning over Bernie would actually be good for the democrats. The democrats are being divided and almost over taken by radical leftists like Bernie and it is causing problems. It is making the party seem like communist. And those radical leftists really do feel their ideas are best and popular. Running Bernie against Trump and having Bern lose in a landslide will be hard evidence that no, Bernie is not popular causing far leftists to support more moderate democrats in the future.
