  2. The response by leftists here are asinine. 1. No one supports giving money to corporations, they support allowing them to keep what they earn. 2. No one supports a 95% tax on anyone. 3. We had a 0% corporate tax for decades just like we had a 0% federal income tax 4. Homeless people are unproductive, just giving them things does not solve the problem, it makes it worse. There are other methods to solve the homeless problem

  3. It is against the free market. Where is the incentive for them to maintain the home? They will destroy it. This is a waste of tax dollars. I am all for helping the homeless, but just giving them homes is not the solution.

  4. Oliver Foster, most homeless people have mental problems that few are equip to deal with and many do drugs and can't keep a job. Just giving them a home does not solve those problems. In fact, it it will make them worse.

  5. ethan philpot, 1. Yes, read the comment by B Dynm 2. Leftists these days are radical. You saying "taxed accordingly based off of the size of their income" means what? Why not a flat tax federally? Saying there is room for "millionaires and billionaires" is not an argument. Even that the rich have been paying way more than others. You saying "fair share" is not an argument as it is subjective. "Fair" to me is a flat tax. 3. The constitution. Prior to 1913 the federal income tax was 0%. The only tax was a tax on the states and imports and exports. Read up on the history of taxation in the US. 4. They are unproductive due to poor habits and mental problems. Just giving them a home does not solve anything. Many will just wonder out and become homeless again, or trash the place. They are homeless for a reason. There are many homeless shelters in many cities but yet homeless people still exist. You can't just solve this problem by just giving them homes. If you do that property value in that area will be destroyed as no investor or business will want to be there.
