@IPIRIEY , people are ignorant and too comfortable with the situation. What people on the far left don't understand is that they are actually the problem. They are actually the racists, bigots, violent ones. Trump was elected because he attacked politicians. He attacked many republican candidates in the primaries. In his inauguration address he brought that up how politicians, for years, have been getting richer while average people aren't. During his presidency he has been attacking Congress to get them to work together and progress our nation. Bernie calls Trump a racist because of 2 reasons 1. He has no real argument against him 2. He is a major threat to the establishment which Bernie is a part of. The best thing that could happen to our nation is Bernie winning the primaries. When Trump beats him with Bernie winning only 10 to 15 states, and not winning the majority, that will show the far left they need to start listening to the people. Republicans got the message when Trump won, now democrats need to get it.

@querch1066 , the DNC does not want to dump all the dirt of Bernie out there because it makes the far left look bad. The RNC wants to hold onto it as they want Bernie to win. If he wins the primaries the attack ads will be huge. You have issues like Bernie stealing electricity from his neighbor, or him praising communist leaders like Castro. Or how he took his honeymoon in the Soviet Union. @ArtKingjr , there is the fact that he stole electricity from his neighbor because he could not afford to pay his bills. Or the how he praised many socialist/communist leaders like Castro. Or how he took his honeymoon in the Soviet Union, etc. There is a ton of dirt on Bernie. There are two major weaknesses in Bernie 1. He promises a utopia with his government expansion but when pressed on the specifics he has none and comes off as an angry person with talking points and 2. He is still relatively unknown. He is still viewed as an old Senator from Vermont that cares about the people. But when the dirt comes out it will be revealed he doesn't and that he only cares about himself. That will really tarnish him. Someone like Trump is made of mud. If you throw dirt on him it won't show up. Bernie has no argument against Trump besides calling him a bigot and a liar which is what people have been calling him for years, it hasn't done anything. Bernie still is perceived to have a clean record. But when the dirt comes flying it will show up big time on Bernie. People who feel he can beat Trump are living in a bubble and don't know how the American people feel.

@ArtKingjr , there have been no tarnish for two reasons. 1. The DNC does not want it released just in case he does win. If he does win than they want their candidate to win the general election. So they will not smear him 2. The RNC does not want it released until he wins the primaries. If Bernie wins the primaries then they will dump it. They see Bernie as the easiest candidate to beat because of all that dirt so they will hold onto it and use it against him at that point. Bernie has not explained his policies. He has nothing but talking points. When pressed on the issues he resorts to talking points. That is what happened in that Fox town hall. He was pressed and he ended up looking like an angry old man. Despite what Bernie supporters say Bernie's actions did not resonate with independents. Bernie also has nothing against Trump. If you listen to him he calls Trump a liar and a bigot but does not explain how. He does not give any examples. The fact is that under Trump the economy is growing and people are doing much better. That is why Bernie has no actual policy argument against Trump. As for Trump, I feel Trump is a jerk. I feel he is a narcissist and is someone I would not want to be around. I feel he has no morals. But I also feel that because of his personality he will do what is best to make him look great. As a president that means leading our country to great success. He is doing just that. Yes, Trump is a jerk, I hate his personality. But his personality is what is growing our country and it is also holding our current, established politicians accountable so they actually work for what is best for the nation.

@ArtKingjr , and really, the best thing that could happen to this nation at this point is Bernie running against Trump. Trump beating the republicans made the republicans change their ways where they are listening to the people and doing what is best for the nation. The issue is that the far left, like Bernie, has not lost to Trump yet so they are still acting like radicals and refusing to listen to the people. If Bernie ran against Trump Bernie will win around 10 to 15 states and will lose the popular vote. That will be a huge sign for the far left that their ideas are not popular nor what the people want so they will end up working with republicans to progress our nation to make it better for the people. We need to get back to the Clinton years where both sides actually worked together. Not what we have now with a strong divide.
