  13. Kyle did not go through the profile. If he did he ruled on certain cases that does follow the 4th amendment. Noticed how Kyle never cites any court cases. That is because if you actually read the rulings it would go against what Kyle says.

  14. Daragh, words do have definitions, they have many definitions. "Boofing" being used by kids to mean farts can be one of them. They were kids simply cracking jokes. Same with "devil's triangle". It can be a sexual act or the name of an NCIS episode. As a whole there is no evidence of Kavanaugh lying under oath. People who say he did are really digging on that one and are pushing to set a very dangerous standard in our legal system.

  19. Mr Nice, the actions by the democrats make them not fit for their seats in Congress. Look at how Cory Booker acted. It goes both ways. The fact is people are sick of the democrats acting like that. That is why we got Trump. Now republicans are following suit because even after Trump's victory the democrats have not learned anything. Also, his life and reputation was attacked. If he would have just been calm about it democrats would have criticized him for being a heartless bastard or something.
