  1. The rise came because of how radical the left has become. In the last election you had Clinton who just hung out with her buddies and Bernie who had no desire to listen to the other side.

  4.  @franklance9167  , I will have to call during work hours, difficult to do when I am needed by my boss because I am his top worker. I was hoping to this week as he was gone but I needed to get caught up in my classes and dissertation writing. I plan to, I really do. But when you have has much responsibilities as I do things keep popping up.

  5.  @franklance9167  , that is a fair point, but again, I am very busy. I am working on my PhD dissertation and my MBA. I also have other activities I do as well and recently my car broke down and have to worry about that. I have no problem debating Seder, I actually sent him an email saying I will make him squirm. The person responding said they would push me to the front of the line if I give them my area code.

  6. The problems are is that the political left has no desire to have an actual discussion on the issues. Bernie claims he does but in reality he just wants to grand stand. When met with opposition with legit concerns they completely dismiss them. Here is the platform of the far left, which includes Kyle and Bernie 1.There is a major problem 2. The solutions are simple and without consequence 3. The solutions are popular 4. If you disagree with the solutions you are a bigot, ignorant or corrupt When that is your starting point you have not room to change and no room to try to understand the other side's legit concerns.

  7.  @SouthCom1917  , polls are unreliable for two reasons 1. They are vague questions on complex issues being asked to non-experts 2. They don't show how committed someone is to a certain issue. Someone may support M4A, but if their commitment is low they won't go out and vote for it.

I can respect that. When you pass a law someone will have to face more challenges, but some people will benefit. You should at least understand the challenges those people face. Bernie had no desire to understand her profit margins, how many full time vs part time workers she had, how many temporary vs long term employees she had. I can't respect that. How can you respect someone who completely dismisses the other side like that? Answer honestly. I doubt you will.

Notice how Bernie did not care about the issues she faces? When moderates see that action from Bernie they will not support him causing them to go to the right.
