@roswellsatterwhite3906 , people don't want socialism, that is the problem. The democrats at the federal level are divided between the established dems and the progressive dems. Both sides have no desire to actually listen to the common man. They are just going to play the dirty game of politics to get elected.

@blkghostxx , problem is that their strategy is poor. That fact is that people don't want Bernie nor his policies. Established dems are trying to snuff him as opposed to promoting him and having him lose.

@roswellsatterwhite3906 , being "popular" is not an argument in that most people don't understand the issues. SS is running out of money and one can argue there are better ways to manage retirement. "Satisfaction among public healthcare recipients is also very high" Private healthcare has a high satisfaction rate. Medicare is losing money and is heavily subsidized by the private system. If we had just straight Medicare people will see access and quality drop. Bernie does not have a massive movement. He won't gain support from moderates.

@blkghostxx , they may not want Bernie but they also don't like how him and his supporters are dividing the party. The democrats at the federal level are all messed up. The established dems have become too comfortable to actually listen to people and the progressives like Bernie and AOC are completely out of touch with reality. It is a mess. Republicans should win 2020 in a landslide.

@blkghostxx , voter turnout was normal compared to previous years. Bernie Sanders is not well liked because he does not listen to anyone and is pushing radical, socialist ideas. Fact is no democrat running now can beat Trump.
