  1. No difference between this and DUI checkpoints. So no, this is not protected by the fourth amendment right. If it was than DUI checkpoints would be illegal. Also, this is areas of higher crime just like DUI checkpoints are in areas where there are higher incidents of drunk driving. Black and latinos are in areas of high crime. You can't deny that. And the low success rate means nothing. Kyle is the same person pushing for more gun laws even though they haven't shown to do anything to lower violence.
