Because he lives in a bubble. Kyle repeats the same talking points over and over again and a debate with anyone with a little bit of knowledge on the issues will destroy Kyle's reputation.
1
C Wilson, that was not a debate. That was a 5 minute segment. I mean a actual debate. And why not have them on his show? With that the segment will be longer than 5 minutes.
1
C Wilson, he runs a show and thus has the ability to invite people and take calls. He refuses. Also, his show has more of his viewers than Fox does, so a debate with someone on his show would make him look bad. The Fox News thing was a short segment, not an actual debate. You can't get into details on issues on a short 5 minute segment. Tell me, how does lead paint taste?
1
Karl, exactly. And David's viewers see that. How many of Kyle's viewers watch Fox news? Kyle needs to allow people on his show to debate him. Or he should take phone calls.
1
Razorfist is a Youtube gamer, not a political commentator. He needs to debate someone who knows what they are talking about. Also, I saw that debate, neither won. Kyle just repeated his same talking points over and over again.
1
C Wilson, I want him to allow people on his show and take phone calls. Debating someone who is not a political commentator and doing short segments on Fox are a low bar to set. But I would not expect you to set high standards considering your immature comments you constantly post here.
1
You mock the Venezuela comments because you cannot debunk it. The model you want follows the Venezuela model closer and not the Nordic model.
1
Ch33to Sesh, that argument has been debunked.
1
Evan, I provide plenty of sources to my claims. When I do people usually run away. Read the article entitled "John Oliver is Wrong About Venezuela-It's a Socialist Country"
1
Evan, I gave you the title of the article. Links don't always work.
1
argantosnl, the Nordic countries tax their citizens high with a higher consumption tax and income tax. Bernie wants to raise taxes on just the rich and corporations. Bernie wants to tax from one group and give to another where Nordic countries tax from one group and give it back to that group. Venezuela funded their programs with oil. It relied on one source to take from and then gave to others. Venezuela used oil, Bernie is going to use businesses and the rich. That is why Bernie and his fan base want to follow a model closer to what Venezuela does. In the debate against Cruz on taxes a guy from Denmark criticized Bernie for not wanting to raise taxes on everyone. Nordic nations has high taxes on everyone, not just one group. . That is the difference. In Venezuela when the oil money as mismanaged and when oil prices dropped the bottom fell out. Under Bernie if the rich leave the bottom will fall out. Under the Nordic system the middle class can't leave as easily so you can tax them high and chances are lower of the bottom falling out.
1
Evan, take the title of the article and copy it in Google. Sorry that you want others to do all the work for you.
1
Brash, the bottom will fall out. Reality is the rich are rich because of their intelligence and work ethics. The middle class are in the position they are in due to their intelligence, work ethics and life style choices, same with the poor. If the rich leave the nation does not advance.
1
argantosnl, did you even watch the debate. The Denmark guy agreed with Bernie on the policies he wants to established, he just did not agree on the tax structure. He said that Bernie wants to spend like a Scandinavian but not tax like one. Also, the Denmark guy agreed with Bernie on healthcare. I suggest you watch the debate. Define "fair share". The top 10% earned 40% of the income but pay around 70% of federal income taxes. I agree the tax system is messed up, but you can't blame "rightwingers" on that, they want to simplify the code where democrats push to make it more complicated.
1
argontosnl, so instead of reading the article and trying to debunk it, you just pull a logical fallacy? Really? Notice how when I come here I never say "Kyle is bias, no need to take him serious". I actually argue my point?
1
Evan, you debunked on point. And yes, they based their economy on oil. The government took a resource and used it to fund programs. They mismanaged the funds and refused to allow the oil to be sold in the private sector. That is socialism bud.
1
Brash, rich people are rich because of their personality and work ethics.
1
Evan, care to give a source on the 90% tax rate?
1
Evan, Trump and Clinton are both intelligent. Even if you disagree with them they are intelligent.
1
Evan, no one paid that 90% rate. In 1967 there were 155 Americans who earned over $200,000 that year that paid zero dollars in federal income taxes. That is why the Tax Reform Act of 1969 was passed.
1
argantosnl, a large part of the 90% are not on food stamps. Only around 13% of households receive SNAP. "Fair share" would be a flat tax. The tax cuts were permanent for corporations, not individuals. You can't make tax cuts permanent for individuals without 60 votes in the Senate. All that means is that the tax rates have an expiration date, nothing is permanent in government. Also, why do you think they expire in 10 years? Because in 10 years you have a new presidency and most likely a much different congress. It puts pressure on future politicians to act. Welcome to politics.
1
Brash, the number of people working more than one job is falling. College is an investment. It is on your to learn.
1
Brash, unemployment is down and worker participation is stagnate where for years it has been dropping. More jobs are being created. College is the investment of the individual. If after a K-12 education you can't learn yourself and need the government then you are a lost cause. Look at college vs high school, the differences are huge. The reason why is that college is a personal investment.
1
Evan, considering how you bash Trump as not being intelligent it is safe to say no matter what I say you will just act like a child. I did refute your source. It was Joseph Barr that made the claim about the 155 Americans paying no taxes. I bet you never heard of him.
1
In high school you spend around 35 hours a week in school. In college you spend around 15 hours a week in school and cover twice the material in a semester. College is about investing money and time. It shows employers that you are willing to invest money and time to accomplish a long term goal. It shows that you can organize a schedule for work, class, study, and social events. If you make college free you take a lot of that away. College is a personal investment.
1
Brash, college students won't work at that point. And the money investment is important. You learn how to manage a budget. A part of an education is experience. Sitting in a classroom and taking tests is what you do in high school. College is a step to becoming an educated adult. A part of that is learning that things cost money, including goals you want to achieve.

Lady, that's it, silence people you don't agree with.
