People die for lots of reason. Nothing is ideal. 45,000 people is only 0.01% of the population. I do not see a problem.

Who really has the low IQ? Kyle brings up the 45,000 people from a "study" (which was later countered by another Harvard professor which Kyle, to no one's surprise, does not bring up). 45,000 people is 0.01% of population. That is noise is statistics. You can't say that those individuals die because of lack of access to healthcare. Over 30,000 die a year in car accidents in comparison. I don't hear an outcry to reform our traffic laws.
