  9. The water is not a consistent source. You can't give it to Flint because there is no set amount in how much you can give. Who knows how long it will be there, how many bottles there will be, etc. Also, who knows if it has been tampered with in any way. Just because it is sealed does not mean one or two could have been tampered with.
