  3.  @bamwesty8158  , you can't tie the min. wage to inflation as not everything inflates. Also, tying it to inflation is flawed as inflation methods have many shortcomings as is.

  6. The counter argument here that should federal dollars be spent on this study? It is still new. A lot of medical research is spent giving the people being tested on healthcare for life, thus it is very expensive. We still don't know the effects. Not saying I oppose it, just saying there are counter arguments.
