  4. MIchio, not only a cultural change but an economic change as well. We have 320+ million people with a nearly $20 trillion economy where healthcare is 1/6 of that. That drastic of a tax increase will cause a major economic recession due to people drastically changing their spending lifestyle that is unpredictable for investors.

  11. markponicki, I do not hate people. Your smear is trying to mask the argument. The point of your home is a valid comparison. You have your own lifestyle, finances, challenges, etc. You cannot take on other people who are in need in some way or who wants to live in your home. Doing so would place you in a difficult position. The same is for immigration. We have laws to control it. Without controlling it you get a situation where the economy will suffer and our society will fall apart. Same thing if people were to start taking over your home, your home will be destroyed along with your life. Immigration is a federal law as well.
