  1. True. Kyle, like most leftists these days, oversimplify very complex issues. There are a reason why opinions are, at times, many pages long.

  2. Judges should be apolitical. Their job is to decide if a law is Constitutional or not. Take the simple example of freedom of speech. I do not like what people like Kyle says on politics nor do I agree with him. However, the apolitical stance is to support his right to say what he wants. The political stance will be to silence him. There lies the difference.

  3. States will be in charge of controlling their own budgets, even if they go bankrupt. It should not be up to the other states to bail out states that failed to balance their budget. On emergencies states only get it if the governors accept it. For example, the military cannot enforce state laws without consent of the governor. Take Portland for example.

  4. It is not insane. One, there are methods to change it. Two, the Constitution is a restriction on government, but is vague in many ways. And three, the founding fathers were some of the most intelligent people of their time and understood things could change.
